• Please refer to your Notice of Vacant Possession for the Password to log in.
• You can only fix an e-appointment for key collection at PICCADILLY GRAND after all the payment are MADE and CLEARED. You will only be able to log in with the credentials given to you after 3 business working days (exclude public holidays). For example, if you log in successfully on Tuesday, the earliest available key collection date will be on the following Monday.
• Should you require further assistance, please contact our General Hotline via WhatsApp at 8706 5467 during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm excluding lunch hours from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.
